Our MOQ varies by product category. Generally, for Fresh Vegetables (like Red Onions) and Grains (like Basmati Rice), the MOQ is 1 Full Container Load (FCL) or 10-20 Metric Tons. For High-value Spices (like Green Cardamom), the MOQ can be as low as 500 KG.
We primarily trade on Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) (with 30% advance deposit and 70% against clean scanned copy of Bill of Lading). Alternative payment terms can be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Every shipment goes through stringent laboratory checks. We issue Phyto-sanitary certificates, Certificates of Origin, Fumigation certificates, and SGS inspection reports to assure buyers of the quality parameters.
We pack red onions in highly ventilated mesh bags (5kg, 10kg, 20kg), and fresh fruits in corrugated fiberboard boxes. They are transported in pre-cooled refrigerated containers (reefer containers) with controlled atmospheric humidity.
